Motili Corp. is a newly formed company that provides the easiest, most cost effective way to manage property maintenance, repair and replacement needs. We have a proven business model, existing customer base, and an aggressive technology strategy. Located in Denver, we are looking for top-notch developers to help build our next generation technology stack.
We have an immediate need for experienced and skilled IOS developers, with plenty of Objective-C, SDK . CoreData and networking experience. Ideally, you would know Swift as well, but we are willing to bring along promising developers. Knowledge of git, agile methodology, and a project management tool such as Jira or Pivotal Tracker is necessary. Additional skills with JSON, XML, Geo and mapping, HTML are very desirable, and if you're also skilled with Android, that will be a huge bonus. We are especially looking for a self-starter, and someone that can contribute not only coding skills, but also take part in developing the product strategy, UI and direction.
Please note that much of this is ground-up development. This will be exciting and fast-paced, and will come with all the challenges associated with this kind of environment!
Responsibilities will include:
* Implementing mobile apps for our customers.
* Assisting with UI design for our app.
* Developing apps that can be easily updated with new features.
* Integrating third party services to consume or produce data.
* Working with our web services team to define best practices for delivering service data to our mobile apps.
* Maintenance of published app versions.
* Distribution through iTunes
We have a small office located downtown, and will expect you to be on-site when necessary, but work-from-home is supported and encouraged. We remain in constant contact during the day via Skype. We use an Agile methodology and expect each contractor to participate in a 15 minute standup call each morning, as well as an in-office sprint planning session every 2-3 weeks. Contractors are required to provide their own equipment, development tools, and home internet access.
