GHX - Implementation Project Manager

The Implementation Project Manager is responsible for the overall relationship management of assigned client accounts in the Financial Services and Procurement area (FS&P). The Implementation Project Manager ensures that GHX is able to deliver quality projects and services on time and within budget through effective management of GHX and client resources.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing the overall relationship and expectations of assigned clients relating to the project.
General oversight of the project management life cycle for assigned projects. This includes compliance with all project related contracts and SOWs Participates in the budgeting and project authorization process.
Oversight and coordination of muiltiple overlapping project timelines and deliverables for assigned client projects.
Assuring compliance with standard project management methodologies.
Selection & management of assigned project resources on an ongoing basis.
Providing on-going feedback regarding performance of all project team members.
Interfaces with other services departments, including Product Management, Product Development and Support Services.

QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in managing complex software implementations, with specific experience implementing Procurement or A/P applications preferred.
Superior internal project team client management skills.
Ability to understand complex business and implementation processes.
Undergrad or Graduate degree in related field.
Technically savvy with the ability to understand complex technical environments.
Someone who can become a 'super-user' of GHX FS&P products - specifically Procurement and OnDemand AP.
Domain knowledge in the area of Invoice to Payment processes.
Excellent written, verbal, presentation and training skills.
Expert in MS office software especially Project Manager.
Willingness to travel 35%.
