People within the Client Operations-AO workgroup are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients. Application Outsourcing (AO) incorporates skills which support the programming, management and maintenance services required to implement and support new installations or maintain and improve existing legacy systems for our clients.
Job Description
Accenture is providing end to end Application Outsourcing support for a large telecommunications company in Honolulu, Hawaii. The Billing Systems Analyst will analyze and design new business processes related to billing, product configuration, payment processing, mediation, revenue assurance, taxation, bill presentment, and collections. Identify and define business process and application requirements. Participate in transitioning the requirements to the designers, and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements. Assist in translating requirements into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing and serve as a liaison to the business community.
Responsibilities are but not limited to:
Work planning, project management/team lead for 5-10 resources on/off shore.
Tasks and deliverables will relate to configuration of packaged apps, custom development (rqmts, analysis, design, build, test), billing operations, and integration testing.
Must work with client counterparts to resolve issues, manage scope, and deliver on commitments.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the following areas:
Telecommunications billing and collections
Experience in SQL and data analysis
Bachelors degree
Preferred Skills:
Experience in CRM, product configuration and order management knowledge preferred.
System integration with package billing applications (Kenan, Convergys, Amdocs or similar)
Kenan, Vertex, CSG Mediation, Kansys experience preferred

Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Strong coaching and project management skills

Job Description
Accenture is providing end to end Application Outsourcing support for a large telecommunications company in Honolulu, Hawaii. A Testing Analyst will conduct test planning, test documentation design, test preparation and execution. He/she will interact with developers during all project stages and participate in code reviews and design reviews. The Testing Analyst will work from requirements definition phase and develop a detailed test strategy and test plans, including executing manual tests, developing and executing automated tests, and defect reporting.
Key responsibilities may include:
Reviewing requirements and identify requirement defects
Ensuring testing activities cover all requirements
Managing defect review and resolution process
Developing and managing testing project plans, timelines, and dependencies
Managing testing issues and jeopardy process
Adopting and rolling out consistent testing processes
Reviewing and reporting status on test results
Qualifications
