Requirements include:
- Strict attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- An understanding of Javascript and how it interacts with the DOM
- Experience with a server side scripting environment (ASP, PHP, Cold
Fusion, JSP, etc)
- Hand coding of XHTML, CSS
- Knowledge of web standards
- Knowledge of browser compatibility issues
- Experience programming in an OO environment is desirable, but not required

Jr. Quality Assurance Engineer
Position Summary:
Develops, publishes, and implements test plans. Develops quality
assurance standards. Defines and tracks quality assurance metrics such
as defect densities and open defect counts. Requires 1-3 years of
experience working knowledge of quality assurance methodologies.
Familiar with multiple web browsers and OS platforms. Relies on
experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a
variety
of tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a Team
Lead Quality Assurance. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is
required.
Essential Job Duties:
* Solid experience writing and executing manual test cases to verify
functional specifications
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Flexibility to handle multiple projects dynamically
* Flexibility to work on multiple Project Teams
* Experience testing in Multiple Browsers and Operating Systems
Job Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years in Software Quality Assurance
Skill/Ability:
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
* Experience with testing web based applications.
* Financial Markets background is a plus
* Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
* Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills
