Designs, plans, and coordinates HRMS and Talent Management technical projects (including Performance Management, Career Succession, Talent Reviews, OnBoarding, Background Checks, Payroll Processing, Security Reviews, Compensation and Recruiting). The HR Technology Team is responsible for developing and enhancing custom applications within the PeopleSoft HRMS application, Taleo (asp), and SuccessFactors (asp), including all online services for 15,000 + employees and core users (for HR/Payroll functions). The team works with multiple business customers. This position will also interface with Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Employee Relations, Payroll, Compensation, and HR Operations to develop solutions for our employees and managers.
This position requires an experienced IT Manager with HRMS experience to lead the development team of up to 3 people consisting of developers and business analysts.
Responsibilities include:
• Oversight for all development projects and managing very large/complex projects.
• Working with production support team.
• Project queue management
• Resource management & planning
• Driving issue resolution
• Demonstrated understanding of risk management
• Managing and tracking projects to budget
• Employee development and People Management
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree required.
* Project experience MUST include the lead role managing large complex projects (including resource management, budget requirements and all deliverables).
* Application experience for HCM is required and Financial would be a strong plus.
* At least three full lifecycle engagements as a PeopleSoft HRMS Consultant covering integrations and upgrades across multiple human resources applications with versions 8.9 and 9.0.
* Expert level knowledge of core HRMS modules.
* In depth technical knowledge of the following preferred: Taleo, SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, PeopleCode, PeopleTools, SQR, Application Engine, Component Interface, Process Scheduler, Integration Broker.
* Strong ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical problems, testing and error resolution.
* Ability to work independently.
* Works well under pressure and consistently meets deadlines.
* Strong organizational skills, ability to self start and prioritize tasks effectively.
* 10-12 years of HRMS experience.
* At least 5 years of Supervisory experience.

SUMMARY
Maintains and modifies existing software programs. Codes, tests, debugs, documents, and installs both new programs/technologies and changes to existing programs/technologies of a complex nature. Provides continuing technical support and makes the most efficient use of available software. Provides support in the solution of operating problems involving software. Develops and secures acceptance for standards and common procedures. Develops and performs unit testing and documentation of all new and modified software. Works in concert with Operations staff to automate all standard processes. Is able to work under general supervision. Works with representatives of other departments to pinpoint problems and determine specific solutions/requirements.
