Job Purpose:

This position is the "primary contact" in our relationships with
our clients for NewsGator's Syndication Services (Widget Framework
and Data Services) business line. The Client Services Manager serves as
the Project Leader and represents our client's best interests while
working internally with our Sales & Marketing, Customer Support and
Product Development teams, insuring proper services, product
improvements and project plans are implemented in a timely manner while
maintaining a positive customer experience. The Client Services Manager
is also accountable for all professional services revenue for existing
clients.



Duties:

* Creates the Project Plan and insures implementation of the
requisite "Action Items" established.
* Maintains ongoing relationships with clients
* Manages client database of active contracts, activities, and
communications with clients
* Coordinates training sessions and consulting engagements with
clients
* Communicates feature requirements for product and service
improvements to the required internal teams
* Communicates product improvements and new feature sets to
existing
clients insuring all are installed with the latest versions.
* Manage existing clients for revenue expansion and up-sell
opportunities
* Report Use-Case feedback from the client to the Sales & Marketing
and Product Development departments
* Potential for up to 20-25% travel for on-site customer meetings,
trade shows, and training.





Skills/Qualifications/Attributes:

BA/BS and 3 to 5 years of demonstrated client service or project
management experience (preferred areas of study are
marketing/business/project management and/or computer science).



* Strong customer service orientation with pleasant manner and
personality.
* Organized and process oriented
* Ability to maintain multiple projects and timetables –
attention to detail a must.
* Knowledge of the Media industry is beneficial
* Fast learner with desire to continually grow.
* Self-confident with ability to work with minimal supervision.

NOC Engineer

Pulte Mortgage, a 30 year old nationwide corporation, has an
outstanding opportunity in our Denver, CO headquarters for a NOC engineer. Our
record breaking success has created a new opportunity in our
infrastructure organization. This individual will work with a wide variety of
network and operations related issues in a Windows 2000/2003/Cisco
environment.

Description of Duties:

Candidate will be responsible for the following:

1) Monitoring and managing all network elements within the production
environment to meet Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for uptime and
availability of systems.

2) Fix or dispatch alert notifications from the monitoring systems to
the appropriate personnel.

3) Create, manage and maintain the processes, procedures and
documentation necessary to ensure that outages are minimized.

4) Create daily, weekly and monthly reports to track the progress of
the network elements within the production environment.

5) Assist with the installation and configuration of all necessary
tools to monitor and manage the production environment. Maintain the health
of the monitoring systems.

6) Maintain and manage our data backup processes and systems.

Required Skills/Specific Job Duties

This person will be a member of the PMAG-Proactive Management Group
within the infrastructure support team with a technical background able to
function with little to no supervision or direction. He/she will have
the following responsibilities

1) Responsible for monitoring and managing all events/alerts triggered
from our monitoring systems related to our production environment.
(70%)
2) Create and manage capacity performance reports for all network
elements in the production environment. (20%)
3) Help create process and procedures to ensure data and infrastructure
integrity (10%)

Also, this individual will have the following technical skill sets

1) Windows server 2xxx including clustered experience
2) Windows Active Directory (AD) experience
3) Experience working in mid to large-scale network operations centers
(NOCs)
4) Experience working with Microsoft MOM, NetIQ, NetCool, Orion NMS,
APC, InfrastruXure NMS systems
5) Microsoft scripting experience a plus
6) Microsoft SQL experience a plus

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. A BS in
Computer Science or equivalent is desired. As well, candidate must be
working towards technical certifications that demonstrate excellent
technical skills.
