The EchoStar Software Engineer in Test will be responsible for developing functional test strategies/methodologies, scripting, effective execution of the functional testing strategy, troubleshooting and analysis.
Duties and Responsibilities
· The ideal candidate will have demonstrable expertise with IBM RFT, RPT, RQM or comparable functional automation testing tools to test high-volume media server that streams video content across global geographic areas to thousands of concurrent users.
· You will be responsible for one or more service areas and will be expected to have the technical expertise as well as the necessary people skills to implement and effectively manage the testing processes in a hands-on capacity.

Primary Responsibilities:
· Design, develop and execute tests and report results.

E-470 is one of the first U.S. tolling authorities to transition to an all-electronic tolling system. This sophisticated camera technology system reads sticker tags and license plates on passenger, rental and oversized vehicles at highway speeds. E-470 no longer house cash collection toll booths or coin baskets.
About the role:
You will install, maintain, and monitor the operation of the organization's Storage Infrastructure as well as Software components in Virtualization, Backups and performs general Server Administration.
Manage and monitor the integrity of core Storage systems; troubleshoot physical and logical storage connectivity. Maintain System Backups and Libraries. Maintain vendor service contracts and applicable documentation. Research and implement Disaster Recover, clustering and new technologies. Provide Tier 2 support. Performs troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repairs/fixes for network hardware and software related problems. Ensures long-term requirements of systems operations and administration are included in the overall information systems, planning of the organization. Responsible for the installation, maintenance, configuration, and integrity of Storage Monitoring Systems. Implements system enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the system.
