POSITION SUMMARY:
Our client located in the Denver Tech Center is seeking an experienced and
proven Manager of Quality Assurance to establish the QA strategy for their
Financial application systems, and lead a team of QA Analysts and Engineers
in the execution of that strategy. This selected candidate with work with
the CIO and other IT leaders to establish quality goals and ensure the
overall quality of deliverables for the organization.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Ensures that the QA strategy for the organization is integrated with
agile (scrum) methods and tools in use by software development.
* Works with business and technology leaders to understand existing
business process and develop end to end testing processes that are
comprehensive in nature from a business and technology perspective.
* Responsible for developing a plan to automate the majority of
repetitive testing processes for our systems, and then must show significant
progress in accomplishing that plan in a short period of time.
* Establishes quality metrics at the detail and executive levels that
that will show our progress against quality goals.
* Under minimal direction, works on complex assignments which are
typically delegated in terms of objectives rather than specific instruction
or priorities.
* Responsible for determining the overall assessment of the quality of
software deliverables and the reporting of that assessment to project
stakeholders before release to production so that risks are understood
before release.
QUALIFICATIONS
* 5+ years experience in leading teams in agile QA disciplines;
* Proven experience in developing highly automated software testing
environments;
* Must be detailed oriented;
* Ability to work successfully in fast-paced organization;
* Ability to create test plans to ensure data and production
integrity;
* Coordinate all functions of the QA department by partnering with
business process owners;
* Must be technically savvy and willing to learn new technologies;
PREFERED SKILLS
* Understanding and experience in Financial industry a plus;
* Understanding of Oracle 11g or other Oracle platforms is preferred,
but not required;
* Bachelors Degree or a combination of education and/or related
industry experience;
* 2-4 year experience working in a management position and directing
the work of others;

Resort Technology Partners - Director
RTP is looking for a Director of RTP|ONE Development to lead the evolution of RTP's flagship enterprise software product suite!
This position will provide broad functional and technical expertise in designing and developing software applications primarily for the RTP|ONE product suite. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Responsible for design, development and delivery of RTP|ONE product development initiatives working closely with product management and across the rest of the development organization (DB Development, QA, Tech Doc, BA/PM).
•Review business and product requirements and analyze feasibility, approach and estimate development effort.
•Work closely with the VP of Development and Business Analyst/PM to direct day to day activities of the development lifecycle.

•Act as scrum master for the development teams and work with product owners to manage sprint iterations, priorities and effective delivery of solutions.
•Prototype solutions and take on development projects as appropriate.
•Efficiently manage and develop your direct reports: Hold regular status review, staff, and 1 on 1 meetings. Conduct performance reviews, work prioritization, and supervision of staff.
•Stay up to date on latest technology trends.
•Interface as appropriate with customers, sales and marketing, delivery and support and all areas of development to represent RTP's software products, derive application requirements, gain input on designs, and drive the best solutions possible into RTP's software products.
•Travel may be required for this position.

Summary
The Financial Assurance team plays a critical role in making Level 3 more successful. We work with cross-functional teams to identify and eliminate revenue and cost leakage in our business, ensuring we bill revenue and manage costs as effectively as possible. This involves structuring problems, analyzing data, implementing solutions and driving implementation/operations - working closely with Level 3’s sales, product, engineering, finance, IT, and provisioning teams.
As a Senior Manager you will provide leadership, analytical and problem solving guidance, and business judgment to support strategic and tactical initiatives. You have in-depth telecom knowledge and at least 7 years experience with a leading Telecom operator. You have strong technical skills and operational business savvy. Work Environment

Summary
The Financial Assurance team plays a critical role in making Level 3 more successful. We work with cross-functional teams to identify and eliminate revenue and cost leakage in our business, ensuring we bill revenue and manage costs as effectively as possible. This involves structuring problems, analyzing data, implementing solutions and driving implementation/operations - working closely with Level 3’s sales, product, engineering, finance, IT, and provisioning teams.
As a Senior Manager you will provide leadership, analytical and problem solving guidance, and business judgment to support strategic and tactical initiatives. You have in-depth telecom knowledge and at least 7 years experience with a leading Telecom operator. You have strong technical skills and operational business savvy. You will provide leadership to materially improve operational rigor in terms of planning, best practice sharing, and results management. You will demonstrate clear strength in people leadership, top quartile performance in a matrix environment, and exceptional data modeling, acquisition and analytical skill. You will be a self-starter who can work in a rapidly changing industry; tolerate ambiguity and demonstrate problem-solving leadership.
You will be responsible for developing and executing on the strategic goals of the Data Financial Assurance department including integration of new business. This will include either developing and/or improving subscription and usage controls to exceed Company profitability goals. As Senior Manager you will be responsible for strategic planning and execution to improve cross-functional order-to-bill and network-to-bill processes and you will make decisions to invest in new technologies to optimize controls and develop critical business intelligence.

The Manager of Technology is a hands-on position. This role is responsible for the technical direction and ongoing support of a marketing solution for a client or group of clients. Technical Managers must possess solid experience in implementing large-scale Oracle data warehouse solutions, leading teams of database developers, relational database design and implementation of both data warehouses and data marts, marketing automation and business intelligence applications, systems and data integration, and demonstrating a detailed understanding of a client.s solution.
