Network Operations Engineer


The Network Operations Engineer position is responsible for day to day operations of Go Daddy networks. This includes configuration and support of internal and external networks. Develops and maintains security and network configurations. Troubleshooting and restoring network related problems or issues. Recommend upgrades, patches, and new applications and equipment. Accepts incoming tickets from customers, provides basic troubleshooting of the problem, and then provides resolution or escalation within the team as needed. Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Shift Work and participation in 24x7 on-call rotations as required. This position is located in Scottsdale.
