The Trust Operations team in Denver, CO is seeking a Sr. DBA/DBA Consultant for their Denver, Colorado office.

The Database Consultant will lead and coordinate analysis, design, development and implementation of databases supporting applications. The position will be responsible for analysis of performance indicators such as systems response time, number of transactions per second, and number of programs being processed at once to ensure that a DBMS is operating efficiently. The role will be involved with DBMS upgrades, disaster recoveries, or migrations, either from a primary or secondary capacity and will serve as a technical resource for the rest of the staff. The role will have an expert level knowledge of data design and DBMS and will educate development staff on database development and production support best practices. Will be responsible for evaluating the impact of decisions relating to databases, providing recommendations to management. Will demonstrate expert knowledge in several database management products. Able and willing to provide assistance and coaching to junior level staff.
The Senior Database Analyst will be part of a team responsible for Enterprise Database Management maintaining the Infrastructure and Applications from a database perspective. This team is responsible for supporting the development, testing and production environments for Oracle, MS Sql Server, Postgres, mySQL, Sybase, DB2 and other relational database technologies.

The Database Consultant will:
Provide Leadership role on projects
