Design & Provisioning of customer, network and collocation services
including all project management aspects for organizing all physical and
logical activities. This includes supporting migration and optimization
efforts to help achieve the company's Netex and Capex targets in support
of gross margin, new products and growth strategies. The candidate must
have direct experience with configuration, O&M, and capacity planning of
various types of optical equipment, including SONET, ADM, DWDM
equipment, DACS equipment.

- CAPACITY VALIDATION / VERIFICATION
- DESIGN/PROVISION CUSTOMER, NETWORK, AND COLLOCATION CIRCUITS - BOTH
ON-NET AND OFF-NET CONFIGURATIONS. INCLUDING ALL MIGRATION/OPTIMIZATION
ORDERS PER DEFINED PROCESSES
- STATUS ORDERS TO INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS USING ORDER MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS.
- ABILITY TO HANDLE MULTIPLE COMPLEX ISSUES
- ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH EXISTING PROCESS AND PROCEDURES.
- ENSURE QUALITY CONTROL STANDARDS ARE MAINTAINED WITH ALL WORK

Successful Candidate should be:
- Self-motivated, organized, and have the ability to prioritize and
multi-task
- Excellent customer service skills & problem solving skills are a must
- Knowledge of third party ordered transport (DS1 through OC192)

- Ability to thrive in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers, peers, account

Technical Qualifications:
- 3-7 years of hands-on experience and demonstrated knowledge of SONet,
TDM, DWDM, Fiber Optics, digital cross connects and other WAN protocols.
- Proficiency in telecommunications transport protocols up to and
including OC48, OC192, and DWDM.
- Experience with Lucent, Fujitsu, Nortel, Ciena, Movas, Infinera,
and/or Alcatel is highly desirable.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The position of Product Support Analyst provides application support
for McKesson products operating in a UNIX/Linux, client/server
environment on Oracle database systems. Solutions are highly
complex and considered mission-critical in the healthcare industry,
requiring rapid resolution.
Responsibilities: Required demonstrable experience in all areas in
previous work history
1. Work with customers to triage and diagnose issues with
McKesson solutions
2. Master corporate best practices and SCP supported
methodologies for all job functions
3. Follow defined troubleshooting processes to fully resolve
customer issues
4. Work with resources on other teams as appropriate to jointly
resolve cases
5. Maintain accurate work logs and provide customers with
updates per guidelines

1. 4-6 years experience in a customer-facing technical support

Help turn up T1 lines through a collaborated effort with customer's
telephone company.
Install and configure necessary software/hardware as described by the
SOW (statement of work)
Train customer/agents/supervisors/managers on the functionality and use
of the TouchStar suite of products.
Remain on-site to resolve any problems that arise during initial use of
product and to assure full customer satisfaction and understanding of
the solution implemented.
Ability to communicate complex situations and status to home office.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
-1-2 years IPPBX and VOIP experience
-Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows software conventions
-Advanced knowledge of server operating systems
-2 years database experience in Microsoft SQL server
-Understanding of networks and networking (LAN/WAN)
-Understanding of telephony, T1 technology, PBX
-One year minimum employment providing customer service
-Excellent customer service skills
-Excellent telephone skills
-Excellent verbal communication skills
-Willingness and desire to learn advanced customer service skills
-Willingness and desire to learn advanced technical knowledge
-Advanced writing skills
-1-2 years system/network administration experience
-Understanding of server client software applications

In this role, you would be responsible for composing, staging, and
executing test plans to ensure functional integrity and compliance
to requirement specifications. You would be working off of formal
design documents as you participate throughout the development
lifecycle and reporting to the product teams on functional issues
and engineering defects. In this position, you will be responsible
for running both manual and automated tests and would be responsible
for working as a member of our team to ensure quality releases.
Requisite skills and experience for this position include 2 or more
years of experience in a software development/quality assurance
environment where formalized methodologies were established and
adhered to. Our successful candidate will have experience composing
and executing functional, unit, integration, regression, and
performance testing and have experience working on a team to deliver
a quality product on time. Sharp diagnostic skills and a solid
background in analytical tsting processes and methodologies is also
required. A Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering would be
highly desirable.
