OBJECTIVE:
Builds and maintains business partnerships across multiple corporate
functions. Provides IS leadership and support through the development
and implementation of key IS processes including portfolio management,
business analysis, planning and reporting, IS strategy development, and
Program Management processes.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Acts as primary point of contact between corporate business teams
(Merchandising, Planning, Allocation, Replenishment, Logistics) and
Information Services.
*Manages client's portfolios and conducts business analysis, planning
and reporting.
*Ensures business requirements and needs are understood and met by IS
through Project Delivery and the development of SLAs.
*Provides process and implementation support for IS services including
IS strategic planning, business process analysis and re-engineering,
and
program and project management.
*Provides feedback and input to IS leadership specific to business
issues and IS process improvements.
*Identifies client needs and works across IS and with client groups to
determine appropriate process or system solution.
*Ensures client issues and concerns are addressed and resolved
appropriately and in a timely manner.
*Effectively conducts working sessions with client groups for key
business and IS planning processes.
*Understands and identifies the linkage to a client's business
objectives and IS solutions.
*Assesses needs across business departments and communicates as well as
manages these needs with IS leadership.
*Works together with peers to identify trends, issues, opportunities to
provide recommendations to IS Leadership.
*Provides feedback and input to IS leadership specific to business
issues and IS process improvements.
PREREQUISITIES:
*Bachelor's degree or relevant Retail or IS business experience.
*7 - 10 years experience in an IS or business management position
working with senior executives across multiple business functions.
*Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to develop
and deliver executive level presentations.
*Proven ability to build and maintain senior executive relationships.
*Strong general knowledge of technical systems, application development
and project management processes .
*Strong systemic and process comprehension and analytical skills .
*Ability to solve wide range of complex, multi disciplinary problems
that consider short, intermediate and long term company wide planning.
*Ability to identify opportunities to improve existing systems or
processes within IS and across business functions which result in
positive change.
*Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Ability to quickly learn and use new and varied web-based
systems/platforms in support of outside plant inventory work. Good working knowlege
of Microsoft Office suite, Excel specificly. Good communication and
written skills as work entails working with all levels of Field Operations
and the NOC. Effective time management in a pressurized environment.

Position Description
This position will be responsible for taking high level functional
requirements, related to new development on a healthcare messaging
system, and writing detailed design specifications. This position
is responsible for working with technical analyst peers from
stakeholder applications and creating an overall system-wide
