* Plan technical execution of major projects in support of

* Work with the Business Intelligence Group's Application

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
* Minimum 5+ years systems/applications experience, with

*Create enumerated test scripts to satisfy requirements traceability
and
track defects by identifying, documenting and dating the defects found.
*Identify quality issues for assigned tasks and determine resolutions
through analyzing results and determining corrective actions and
communicate results to IS team members and users in a timely manner.
*Conduct Peer Reviews with QA Analysts, Developers and Users for
completeness of Unit Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
*Develop documentation and training materials for system changes or
upgrades.
*Continuously identify and communicate quality process improvements to
QA Manager and Team Members to foster and drive continuous process
improvement throughout the department. Develop and implement process
improvements as requested.
*Support the QA Manager in the on-boarding, training and development of
QA Analysts.
*Participate as needed across critical IS processes. This includes
Change Control, Post Incident Review, Problem Management and Project
Estimations and Reviews. *Participate in annual department planning
efforts to identify department objectives and initiatives in alignment
with the overall IS strategy and objectives.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
*Associates degree in technical discipline or equivalent relevant
experience.
*4 plus years experience in a quality assurance function .
*Proven skill set / knowledge with multiple platforms and software
applications *Strong AS/400 experience.
*Working experience with QTP, Mercury and Quality Center.
*Retail experience a plus.
*Ability to analyze problems in situations where the symptoms are not
